INTRODUCTION

 

 

The idea behind

 

"Goals" was a comment to an artical of my friend Andrius Mažeika who wrote down his critics about the first-world societies which inprison the inhabants with an 8h day of work and an inherent spiral of consumption. The individual person lost the ability to enjoy time. Instead Andrius Mažeikaused the metaphor of "doing time" to describe a life full od dependencies. (Full version here).

After I wrote my comment, I continued as a kind of continuation to his thoughts. I kept on writing by chosing an idea or issue of the previous text to talk about it more detailed. 

 

It is not my goal to point out something new, something mindblowing which content is based on several resaerches. I will put down my thoughts, my opinion on life in general with the focus of how we became what we are and which role the society plays in this process.
