The first minutes of my day were pretty good. I left my flat and took my bicycle.

 

Good weather.

Good mood.

Ambulance.

A ruff.

Some bruises.

 

Well, the last three things on that list  are destroying the harmony. I’ve to get tetanus shot before I travel, a quick flight of my bike on the tarmac and now I actually have one.

A car destroyed my wonderful Gazelle racing bike, lots of clothes, my chin/ jaw and several other bodily parts. But nothing is broken and the doctor is surprised about my ‘health’.  Now, I have plenty of pills and therefore my next few hours will be an outer world.

Thanks to pharmacy I do this trip.

 

PS.: It took almost 2 years to get a compensation. I got 60% of the worth destroyed. I can not believe how unfair this system works.  The driver had nothing to do. The insurance handles everything for her. She did not even call or help me to get from the hospital to my flat, to get supplies because I could not move properly. I had a lot of work. Beside all that pain I had to go to the hospital twice. To the police twice. To my lawyer. I had tosearch for recieves and to tell the lawer, police and hospital several times what happened. The worst is that I got just 60% of the value which was destroyed. On top I lost my oldschool Gazelle bike which worth is not on paper. Moreover the limited BMW watch I got is damaged.

 

This system can not be right.
